Grief Writing Workshop for Healing & Connection

IN-PERSON at Zibby's Bookshop! Monday, June 24 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. (PST). We have all experienced grief in some way, whether through death, divorce, a diagnosis (yours or a loved one’s), the loss of a job, a move, etc., and this workshop explores how putting pen to page, or fingers to keyboard, can help you on your healing journey. Through short, guided writing prompts, optional sharing, and personal storytelling, participants in this small group setting are given the opportunity to explore their feelings, reflect on life experiences, and discover their path to healing through their own written words. With the intention of finding hope on the page and connection through community, this guided writing workshop supports writers and non-writers alike.
